"In the summer of 2007, we were staying with our friends in their new home built by Simon Builders. We were so impressed with the construction and attention to detail in our friends home we viewed the home under construction next door that Karl was building. We fell in love with the floor plan. Seven days later, we were meeting with Karl making final decisions on colours, flooring, cabinets etc. as the house was at a later stage of construction.
Considering we were seven hours travelling time away from the new house everything was a breeze because of the wonderful Val Magel – Karl’s design and decorating guru. We were only able to make one trip out to see the home during the construction period so all our communication was by email and telephone with Val doing all the work. She emailed us updated pictures regularly and looked after ALL our needs. She was there for us every step of the way. She is a shining example of ‘Customer Service’.
We were brought to tears the first time we walked into our newly completed home. It has the WOW factor. We love it and look forward to our retirement years in Blind Bay.

"In the fall of 2006, friends of ours purchased a home built by Karl and we really liked it. The house next door was for sale and we liked that floor plan too, but were looking for lake view. Karl had some lots for sale in the Highlands, we loved the view. We sat down with Karl, and made some changes to the spec plan. The process of building a home while been away from here was made less stressful with the help of Karl and Val. Many phone calls, emails and some trips to see the house in progress went well. Karl and Val always returned our calls and answered any concerns we had.
The construction of the house went very well. Karl uses quality craftsman and it shows in the final product. We have had many compliments on our home and people always ask what builder we used.
I would recommend Karl to anyone who is looking for a quality builder to build their dream home.
